Catherine’s Plates has created a masterpiece with this punch bowl cake. You’re going to definitely want to try this one. The fruit flavors are perfect for summer.
Start by making the cake. In a medium or large bowl, pour the cake mix, 1 cup of milk, three eggs and half a cup of melted butter. Beat this mixture with an electric hand mixer or whisk until the batter is nice and fluffy.

Grease and flour your cooking pans before pouring your cake batter in. Once the cake batter is poured into two cake pans, place it in the oven for the amount of time directed on the box.
In a new bowl, combine a box of vanilla pudding mix, and two cups of cold milk. Use a whisk or electric hand mixer to beat this together till you get a pudding consistency. Put it in the fridge until it’s time to assemble the cake.
Take your cakes out of the oven and then place them in a place. Cut the cakes into cubes.
Put all of the cake cubes into the bottom of your punch bowl. Next, pour half your pudding into the bowl and layer your fruit on before adding another later of pudding, then cool whip, then your fresh fruit.

Continue layering the cake as many times as you’d like. Top the cake with your fresh fruit. Place the punch bowl cake into the refrigerator overnight.
