If you’re looking for an easy pumpkin dessert, this pumpkin caramel butter bars by Catherine’s Plates on YouTube gives off a good pumpkin spice seasonal treat. The butter bars sound so sweet, yet they look super moist with a little crunch from the pecans sprinkled on top. I love the fall series she has right now with all of the creative Fall desserts that I’ve never seen before. Catherine keeps it simple and easy with her recipes, and they’re all budget-friendly. The pumpkin and caramel together are ooey-gooey warm flavors on a buttery cookie crust. The triple layer of sweetness looks so good, and this would be a great dessert to make for those that have a sweet tooth. The cookie on the top and bottom with the warm pumpkin caramel mixture in the middle sounds ideal with a side of vanilla ice cream.
