For the Garlic Sauce:
Combine 160 ml milk, 1 tbsp instant dry yeast, and 3 tbsp sugar in a large mixing bowl. Once the sugar and yeast dissolve completely, add 1 1/2 cups bread flour, 1 tsp salt, and 2 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter. Fold them in and mix until no flour is visible. Once done, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to let it double in size. After fermenting the dough, drizzle some flour, and punch out the gas. Then, transfer the dough to a floured working surface, shape it into a ball, then divide it into 16 equal pieces.

Shape each dough piece into a small ball, and once you’re done, cover them with plastic wrap. Let them rise for ten minutes. After this, flatten one piece by rolling it, then add shredded mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the edges to the center, then place it in a parchment paper-lined baking tray. Repeat these steps for the remaining dough pieces. Once done, let them rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, then brush each top with some milk (optional).
Place the baking tray in a 350 degrees F oven and bake for 12 minutes. In the meantime, make the garlic sauce. Combine 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp dried parsley, and 1/4 tsp salt in a small bowl. Mix well, brush it over each bun, and sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for another 12 minutes.
