This cleaning hack works like magic and it can remove even the toughest burnt stuff on your cooktop while making sure to not damage or scratch the surface. Step 1
Spray the surface with Dawn powerwash or dish soap to degrease the cooktop, then use a scrubber to scrub away the dirt and burnt stuff (when choosing a scrubber you need something strong enough to cut through grease and grime, but not too strong or abrasive that it can scratch or damage the surface), and give your cooktop a quick rinse.
Step 2
When there is still stubborn dirt that doesn’t want to come off, use Bar Keeper’s Friend, let it sit for a few minutes, then give it a good scrub or use a razor blade scraper, and rinse the surface with a damp towel. Once the cooktop is clean, wipe it clean with a dry microfiber cloth buffing it in the process.
