There are so many things I love about potatoes, one of those is the fact that you can do just about any dish with them. When I’m not including them in a casserole, I’m usually using them for snacks or appetizers. Recently, while looking for something I can serve for the holiday party, I found this recipe by N’Oven – Cake & Cookies on YouTube and immediately thought of trying it. I did not regret making and serving them, because my family loved it! It looks like we now have a new family favorite and I might make them more often. You should try them too, you’ll surely love them because they are easy to make and inexpensive!
