Ingredients:

Potato mixture:

  • 5 small to medium-sized potatoes
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup flour

Filling:

  • Mozzarella cheese

Breading:

  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tsp milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • Bread crumbs

Directions:

I know the combination of potatoes and cheese makes it nice and starchy to create a cheesier pull. Also, the breading on these potato cheese balls is a nice golden brown color too.
