This potato beef roll recipe by cooking kisy is incredibly delicious. I have never tried anything like this before. The wrap is made from thinly sliced potatoes, and the stuffing is made from mozzarella cheese, ground meat, and vegetables. It’s super filling and flavorful! You can have this for lunch or dinner for your whole family. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin big slices. Season them with salt.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle grated cheese. Place the sliced potatoes on top, with each piece overlapping the other. Drizzle olive oil and spread evenly with a brush. Place in a 392F preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Make the stuffing. Drizzle olive oil into a pan. Once hot, add chopped onion and garlic cloves. Saute them for 2 minutes. Next, add the ground meat and break it into pieces. Cook until it’s no longer pink.
Add the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, cumin, curry powder, and paprika. Mix everything together. Add the coriander sprigs and mix again.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle more cheese on top. Transfer the cooked meat and spread evenly. Next, sprinkle more cheese on top, then roll it gently. Add more cheese on top of the roll.
Place inside the oven and bake at 482F for 5 minutes with the heat on top.
Slice then serve. Enjoy!
