The best part about this recipe is that it only uses 3-ingredients and takes very little effort to cook them. You basically will throw them in the smoker and be done.

Ingredients Needed For This Recipe:

  • Pork Belly
  • Barbecue Dry Rub
  • Barbecue Sauce

Directions:

Step One

Slice the pork belly strips into cubes. They can be larger in size because you will be cooking them in the smoker and that will shrink them down in size.

Step Two

Once all the meat is cubed, place them in a bowl and cover it in a dry rub. Mix the cubes of meat around to make sure they are all covered in the dry rub. Let the pork belly sit for 15 minutes in the bowl while the seasoning sinks into the meat.

Step Three

Turn on your smoker and set it for 275 degrees. Set the pork belly onto the grill fat side up. Put the smoke rack in the middle.

Step Four

Check the inner temperature of the ends after 2 hours of smoking. Place them into a half sheet pan once they have smoked.
