We always use this homemade pimento cheese recipe by Cooking with Brenda Gantt at home. It’s so delicious, easy to make, and probably the best that I ever made. We used to just buy from the stores, but when we tried this recipe, we never went back. The flavors are amazing – perfect with some crackers. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz block of extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz block of mild cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • two 7 oz jars of diced pimentos
  • 12 0z jar of roasted red peppers
  • 4 cups of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • black pepper to taste
  • crackers for serving

Note: it tastes better the next day. Place it in a container with a lid and let it marinate in the fridge. This will help all the flavors to infuse with each other.

Instructions

Step 1:

Grate your 16 oz of extra sharp cheddar cheese and an 8 oz block of mild cheddar cheese using a shredder. You can also use a food processor to make the work easier. Add all grated cheese to a large bowl.
