You only need 9 ingredients to make this recipe – cauliflower, red onion, salt, black peppercorns, red chili powder, tomato paste, sugar, oil, and coriander leaves. If you are not a fan of sweet flavors in your meal, you can remove the sugar. You can eat it as it is but you can also serve it as a side, and pair it with your favorite meat or with white rice. Start by placing a pan over medium heat and adding 3 tablespoons of oil and the cauliflower. Cook until browned on the edges.
Add the sliced onions and keep stirring until the onions are translucent.
Seasoned with freshly coarse peppercorns, salt, chili powder, tomato paste, and sugar (optional). Mix until well combined. Cover with the lid and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. From time to time, uncover and give it a stir.
