  • 1/2 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 lb round loaf bread

Next, grate a 1/2 cup of pecorino romano cheese, a 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Toss together in a bowl, then mix in 1/4 cup of fresh chopped parsley. Step 2

Cut your round bread into one-inch-thick slices, leaving the bottom intact. Then, turn it 90 degrees and cut it again so you get a little spread of breadsticks. Next, melt 1/2 stick of butter in a saucepan, then add 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, and 1/2 tsp dried oregano. Stir all these together to combine. Once done, pour it all over the bread, letting it get inside the cracks and crevices. After this, sprinkle the pepperoni in between the breadsticks as well as the cheese herb mixture. Bake the bread in a 375-degree F oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
