This peanut butter cookie recipe by The Cooking Foodie on YouTube is gluten-free, flourless, and only requires 3 ingredients to make. I am surprised that this recipe doesn’t need flour in order to make the cookie, but it’s perfect for those that may not have the ingredient. Most likely I would have all 3 of the ingredients in my pantry at all times, so this is a convenient cookie recipe to make. I like how effortless these cookies are without having to add the extra ingredients. So, if you’re a peanut butter lover, this would be a great way to have a small treat. Plus, you can add crunchy peanut butter if you want the extra crunch from the peanuts too. These cookies look so good, and I can’t wait and see how they turn out.
First, preheat the oven to 350Fm and line the baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg.

Next, roll the cookie dough into 16 or so balls, and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cookies begin to brown. Let it cool on a cooling rack.
Overall, I would make these peanut butter cookies because they are so simple and easy to make with only 3 ingredients. It’s nice that this recipe doesn’t require flour so this is a nice recipe for those that have a gluten allergy. The brown natural color from the peanut butter looks amazing, and I like the crisscross pattern that the forks make. Also, I think it would be perfect to make a batch of these and add them into a metal tin can for a housewarming or gift.
