Peach cobbler has always been a big favorite around our house. I had never thought of adding the cobbler that we love so much to a cheesecake recipe, but it makes so much sense and sounds scrumptious! When I found this wonderful peach cobbler cheesecake recipe tutorial by Bad Chickk Beauty on Youtube, I knew I had to make it right away. The instructions are really basic and easy to follow. You cannot go wrong with this recipe.

Ingredients:

The Cheesecake:

  • 1 Keebler graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 Jello no-bake Classic Cheesecake
  • 2 cans of Del Monte 29 ounce sliced peaches (or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Don’t add all the peaches and filling on top of the cruts all at once, make multiple layers

Pecan Crumble Topping:

  • 3/4 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • You can add some of this to the cheesecake mixture as well (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

In this wonderful video tutorial by Bad Chickk Beauty on Youtube, you will be guided through all the steps to make this delicious peach cheesecake cobbler. Canned peaches are used in this recipe, but you can easily use fresh. You start by making your crust and cooked peaches.
