I’ve never had fried ravioli and this fried ravioli on the stick recipe by Paula Deen on YouTube is a quick appetizer to make for lunch, game nights, or dinner. Air fryers come in handy because it makes everything easier when I want some crunchy and not fried in oil. It’s definitely a healthier way to fry foods and still have that crisp factor. Honestly, I’m glad this recipe isn’t strictly homemade because the ravioli would take some time to make. All you need to do is batter up the ravioli and put it on a skewer and throw it into the air fryer. It’s so simple to make this, and they remind me of pizza rolls. However, this would be more of an adult version of pizza rolls.

Next, once the ravioli are breaded, spray both sides with oil. Then, thread 3 portions of ravioli onto a skewer and set the temperature to 400F. Air fry the ravioli for 4 minutes and turn over, spray with oil then cook for another 2 minutes.

I would add extra cheese on top when they come out of the air fryer for a cheesier ravioli. Plus, it would taste great to top off the ravioli with some kind of sauce such as pesto or marinara.
