Paula and her best friend decided to make this pie and are quite hilarious because they start speculating on the results when they pour the first cup of water into the pie crust. By the end, Paula and her friend unanimously agree that it tastes delicious. This is such a charming video and a real adventure into the unknown.

Ingredients:

  • A pre-made pie crust (either from scratch or store-bought)
  • 2 cups of water
  • 12  tablespoons of butter (cold and cubed)
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • 3 tablespoons granulated white sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold vegetable shortening
  • 1/4 cup ice water
