Paula Deen is one of my all-time favorite TV chef personalities, and I love her recipes. There is not one Paula Deen recipe that I have ever made that didn’t turn out fantastic. I recently found this broccoli and berry salad casserole video recipe tutorial by Paula Deen, on YouTube, and I knew I had discovered another winner. The greatest thing about this recipe is that you can use store-bought frozen broccoli or homemade cut broccoli. The broccoli can also be made in advance.

Ingredients For Paula Deen’s Broccoli And Berry Salad Recipe:

  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 4 cups of fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 & 1/4 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries (quartered)
  • 1 medium carrot (shaved into ribbons)
  • 1/2 cup of slivered almonds (toasted)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves
