What picnic or outdoor event would be complete without a huge pasta salad to go with your barbecue, steaks, or hamburgers? • 8 ounces of Rotini pasta
• 6 ounces of salami (sliced into strips)
• 10 ounces (3 cups or 1 pint) of cherry tomatoes (halved)
• 1/2 English cucumber (diced)
• 1/2 medium red onion (chopped)
• 8 ounces of Mozarella pearls
• 1/2 cup of black olives (pitted and sliced)
• 1/2 cup of Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)
• 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers (coarsely chopped)
• 1/3 cup of parsley (finely chopped)
• 1 cup of Italian dressing

For The Homemade Italian Dressing:

• 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
• 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 garlic clove (finely grated or crushed)
• 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
• 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
