Potatoes are my favorite food for many reasons, they are cheap, very filling, and delicious being three major reasons I love potatoes so much. When I saw this amazing recipe for these potato stacks on Youtube I really fell in love with them because they are so visually appealing and tasty. I decided to serve them with some Prime Rib I made last Sunday and they looked so beautiful on the plate, my guests could not get enough of them.

Then place your potato slices into a large bowl and add melted butter, Parmesan Cheese, Thyme, Garlic powder, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss and coat evenly.
Then layer the potato slices into neat little stacks in your prepared muffin pan, then sprinkle the stacks with some freshly ground black pepper.
Then bake in a 375 degree oven for 55 minutes until the tops and edges are golden brown and the centers are tender. Then remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes then remove the potato stacks from the muffin pan and enjoy.
This has become my favorite potato recipe, it’s super easy and looks as attractive as any professional chef could make.
