So if you love their fried rice, you will also love this copycat recipe from Brown Girls Kitchen on Youtube. Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 cups cooked rice (cooked in salt and water)
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil

Directions:

Step 1

Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Beat it. Next, in a wok over medium heat (or a pan if you don’t have one), add 1 tbsp of oil. Add the beaten eggs and stir. After this, add 4 cups of cooked rice and continue stirring it for about 2 minutes. (Take note that the rice is cooked with salt and water.) After 2 minutes, add 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp sesame seed oil.

Mix together well and cook for another 2 minutes. After 2 minutes of mixing it constantly, transfer it to a plate then serve.
