Start by preheating your oven to 375F.
In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything until well combined.
Add 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups of milk, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup into the dry mixture and whisk until well incorporated.
Spray a 12-cup nonstick muffin tin, then evenly distribute the batter. Top each one with the banana, raspberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips.
Place the muffin tin inside the oven and bake the pancake muffins for about 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
Carefully remove the muffins from the tin and serve with your preferred syrup. Enjoy!
