Start by patting the fish dry on both sides. This will prevent your fish fillets from having a mushy texture. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Make the spice blend. In a small bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Sprinkle the spice blend over the fish fillets, then drizzle a little bit of olive oil. Rub it in, making sure that it’s spread evenly and everything is nicely coated with the spices.
Place inside the oven and bake at 400F or 204C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Once done baking, remove from the oven and transfer to a plate. Serve with honey and lemon juice on the side and with your preferred side dish. Enjoy!
