Ingredients:

  • 1.1 lb chicken breast, cut into thin pieces
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper
  • white pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 medium orange juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp melted butter, divided
  • chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Step 1

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, 1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1/2 medium orange juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 2 tbsp melted butter. Mix together and marinate the chicken for at least fifteen minutes. Once done, take the skewers and stick the chicken. Once done, place the skewers on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet, then put them in the oven at 400 degrees F. Bake for 30 minutes.
