First, clean the chicken wings thoroughly. Rinse them under cold water and dry them off using a kitchen paper towel. Next, place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Season them with all-purpose seasoning (or you can use salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder) followed by poultry seasoning. Mix it thoroughly using your hands. In a different bowl, put 2 cups of all-purpose flour, all-purpose seasoning, cumin, chicken bouillon powder, and poultry seasoning. Whisk it well, making sure everything is combined. Set it aside. Next, make the homemade blue cheese dressing. In a bowl, put mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, buttermilk, apple cider vinegar, and blue cheese. Mix it all thoroughly to combine, then season with some all-purpose seasoning. Place it in the refrigerator to chill it.

Coat each chicken wing with the seasoned flour then put them on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. In a pan, put some good amount of lard for deep frying (you can use any frying oil you want), then slowly submerged the chicken wings in 350-degree oil. Let them fry for about seven to eight minutes. Flip them around using tongs from time to time to ensure both sides are properly cooked. After frying, place the chicken wings on a wire rack to drain them. Next, in a pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add 1 – 2 tsp of chicken bouillon powder followed by 1/2 cup of hot sauce. Mix it well. After this, put the chicken wings into a large mixing bowl then pour in the hot sauce and give it a toss.
