I’ve been trying a lot of one-pot recipes lately, from one-pot chicken pot pie to one-pot chicken fajita pasta. The flavors of this one-pot spaghetti will satisfy that salty craving and fill you up.

Add taco seasoning to the pot, then a drained can of corn and your Rotel tomatoes. You will also add in the chicken broth. Make sure you have enough for the spaghetti to cook in.

Step Four

Put your heat on to high so you can bring the broth to a boil and add in the spaghetti noodles. Let it all cook for 13-16 minutes while checking on it and stirring. Turn the heat to low after the pot comes to a boil.
