Sauce
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- ¼ cup of honey
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock
Marinate
- 5 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- 1-2 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of oregano
Directions:
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano, then add the chicken, toss and mix until well coated. Place a large pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat up some oil, and add the marinated chicken. Let the chicken cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through, then once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan, and set it aside. In the same pan, add the chopped onion, then saute, and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until translucent.

Step 2
Add the potatoes and carrots, then toss them around, and let them cook for about 10 minutes. While waiting for the vegetables to cook, prepare the sauce, simply combine the soy sauce, honey, stock, and crushed garlic in a mixing bowl, then pour it into the pan, and give it a good stir. Put the chicken back into the pan, then let them cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, or bake it in the oven for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
