This one-pot sausage and peppers pasta recipe from Tasty is my go-to whenever I want an easy-to-make dinner meal. Yes, it looks fancy, but it actually uses simple ingredients and is super simple to prepare. It is packed with hot Italian sausages, sweet Italian sausages, bell peppers, onions, garlic, tomato, herbs, and spices.

This pasta dish is dairy-free, filling, and delicious. I am sure you’ll be blown away by how amazing the flavors are. You can serve it with garlic bread, salad, or cranberries. Try to make this recipe at home. It comes together easily and quickly in just one pot!
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a generous amount of salt, then add the pasta. Cook for 2 minutes less than the package instructions.
Once the pasta is cooked, strain, drizzle a small amount of oil, and toss to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pot. Once hot, fry the sausages in batches, until deeply browned on all sides. Remove, then slice in 3/4 inch rings. Set aside for later.
Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
Pour the canned tomatoes, then add 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black ground pepper, and sausage slices to the pot. Place the lid and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the pasta then stir gently until well combined. Continue cooking until pasta is al dente.
Before serving, sprinkle parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
