This one-pot lasagna recipe by Scrumdiddlyumptious on YouTube is so convenient and saves time in the kitchen. It can be daunting to make classic lasagna in the oven because of the number of dishes that come from it. However, I love how easy it is to make because I’ve been wanting lasagna but thought it took forever to make. I appreciate one-pot recipes because I’m a busy person and it helps me make enough food for leftovers in the week. Also, if you have a family, this is a great way if you have a busy workday but still want a fresh meal. Plus, you can make other red pasta meals in one-pot such as spaghetti.
