- 1/2 tsp onion salt blend

- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
For Biscuits:
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp salt (if using fine salt only add 1/4 tsp)
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
First, pour oil and add butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the celery stick, onions, and carrots to the skillet and sautee. Then, add garlic and chicken and cook. Add the combination of seasonings to the chicken and stir around.
