Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper together, then sprinkle them all over the pork chops, pat in the seasonings, and make sure that both sides are well coated and seasoned. Once done seasoning the meat and set them aside, then place a large cast-iron skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, drizzle some oil, and once smoky, you can add the pork chops in batches making sure to not overcrowd the pan for a perfect sear. Cook the meat for about 4 minutes until golden brown, then flip it over and cook the other side for another 4 minutes until golden brown as well. Sear the sides of the pork chops too, this way you’ll lock in all of its juices. Once done, you can toss in the next batch of pork chops.

Step 2
Once all of the pork chops are done cooking, you can set them aside. Using the same pan, add in the butter and let it melt, then reduce your heat to medium. After the butter has melted, toss in the garlic and let it cook until fragrant before adding in the honey, chicken broth, and rice wine vinegar, mix everything together until well combined. Turn the heat up to medium, then let the sauce mixture cook for about 3 minutes until it has thickened while making sure that you stir occasionally to avoid the bottom from burning. Once the sauce mixture has thickened, add the seared pork chops back into the pan including the drippings of the meat. Baste the pork chops with the sauce mixture, then preheat your oven to broil. Put the pan into the oven and broil it for about 2 minutes. Garnish it with some freshly chopped parsley before serving.
