Ingredients For The One-Pan Creamy Dijon Chicken Recipe:

For The Chicken:

  • 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 5 ounces of bacon

For The Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme (and dried rosemary)
  • 1/3 cup of dry white wine (you can use chicken broth if you prefer)
  • 1 & 1/2 cup of Half and Half
  • 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chicken bullion
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups of baby spinach leaves
