Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F then grease a 8 x 8 baking dish with coconut oil, butter, or cooking spray.
Get a large bowl and add the coconut flour, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, almond milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined. Once done, stir in the chocolate chips or you’re preferred treats.
Transfer the batter to your prepared baking dish. Flatten it out using your spatula.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until set through and the top is lightly golden brown. Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for a minimum of eight hours. Cut them into squares just like a brownie. They are best served when cold. Enjoy!
