Ingredients:

  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 & 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
  • nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

Step 1

Spray some nonstick cooking spray on a baking pan then line it with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the semisweet chocolate and microwave it for 30-second intervals. Once it’s melted, add the melted butter and beat using a hand mixer until just combined. Now, add the sugar and mix again. Add the vanilla extract and eggs and once again, mix until combined. Add the kosher salt and the all-purpose flour and carefully combine, making sure not to overbeat the batter.

Step 2

Add some roughly chopped walnuts for a bit of crunch, then fold. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and use a spatula to smooth the top. Place them in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake them for 25 minutes. After baking, let it cool for 30 minutes, then top it off with some flaky sea salt. Slice it and serve.
