Season the chicken breasts with all-purpose BBQ rub, then grill them until done. After this, chop them into tiny little pieces and set aside. Next, saute the diced onion and jalapeno until soft. Once done, combine the chopped chicken breasts, sauteed onions and jalapeno, 1 lb freshly grated cheddar cheese, cans of cream of jalapeno soup, cans of cream of mushroom soup, a can of Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, 1 tbsp meat church Texas chili seasoning, and crushed Doritos.
Mix everything together until well combined. Now, layer the bottom of a baking pan with six tostadas, add half of the mixture, layer another six tostadas over, then pour the remaining mixture. Top everything with 1 cup of freshly grated cheese. Place it in a 350 degrees F oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. After baking, let it cool off a bit before serving.
