Ingredients:

  • 1 – 2 boxes of cream cheese
  • store-bought graham cracker crust
  • 4 – 5 fresh lemon juice
  • 1 – 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/2 box of lemon pudding mix
  • whipped topping

Directions:

Step 1

To start, combine an 8 oz package of cream cheese at room temperature, a 14 oz bottle of sweetened condensed milk, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/2 box of lemon pudding mix. Mix everything well with a handheld mixer. After this, pour it over the store-bought graham cracker crust and spread them evenly.

Step 2

After it sets, start topping it. Put the whipped cream in a disposable icing bag with the piping tip of your choice, and start piping it over the pie. (You can decorate the top any way you like.) Once you are done, place it in the fridge to let it set overnight. (If you can’t wait overnight for it to set, you can mix in some unflavored gelatin that will give you a nice stiff pie.) Serve and enjoy!
