These Nutella chocolate chip cookies by How Tasty are baked to perfection! It has slightly crispy edges with a gooey Nutella filling in the center. What I love most about this recipe is that it stays soft and creamy even after a few days you baked them. Read on or watch the video below for the full instructions.

Put 10 heaping teaspoons of Nutella onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer. Freeze for about 1 hour.
Mix flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt in a medium-sized bowl until well combined, then set it aside.
Mix softened butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl using a spatula until creamy.
Combine the egg with the mixture.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mix in two batches using a spatula. Make sure not to overmix the dough.
Add the chocolate chips to the dough. If you live in a hot climate, refrigerate the cookie dough for about 30 minutes.
Scoop out the cookie dough using an ice cream scoop. Flatten the cookie dough ball into a circle and place it in the center frozen scoop of Nutella.
Fold the edges of the cookie dough around the Nutella stuffing and roll it into a ball. If you live in a hot climate, quickly roll the cookies or freeze the Nutella for minutes as it tends to melt fast. Do the same for the remaining dough.
Place the balls onto a lined baking sheet and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Place 5 cookie balls on a lined baking sheet. They should be at least 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated fan oven at 350 degrees F for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden brown. Make sure not to overbake them or the Nutella will turn out dry and not creamy.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
