These soft and fluffy bubble donuts by 집밥요리 Home Cooking are the ultimate snack to munch on! They were so easy and fast to make. This recipe doesn’t even require any kneading, so it will save you a lot of energy. Plus, you don’t need to touch the batter. How amazing is that? You can glaze it with melted sugar, or toss it into a cinnamon-sugar mixture for the classic flavor. I am sure everyone will love these mini treats. For the glaze:

Combine 1 cup plus 10 tablespoons of flour, 2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of yeast in a large mixing bowl. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Next, add the wet ingredients. Add 1 egg, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1/8 cup of melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined, then cover it with cling wrap.
Set the bowl with the dough aside and leave it at room temperature for about an hour.
After an hour, transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
Place a pot over heat and add a generous amount of cooking oil. Squeeze the batter from the piping bag and cut using a pair of clean scissors.
Cook until they are brown and crispy. Remove from oil and strain excess oil. Place on a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Make the glaze. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk.
Spread the glaze on top of the bubble donuts while they are still hot. Serve and enjoy!
