Garlic bread has been a family favorite, often paired with pasta or just for snacks. I love eating it in the morning with freshly brewed coffee. Recently, I tried to make it at home with this no-knead garlic cheese bubble bread recipe by Ninik Becker. It turned out amazing! It’s buttery, soft, and filled with cheese on the inside. If you want to make this at home, read on or watch the video below for the full instructions.

In a big bowl combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon of instant dry yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of garlic granules, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 1/2 cup of warm milk, 1 beaten egg, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 cup or more grated cheese. Stir all ingredients for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap for about 60-90 minutes.
Sprinkle some flour into your work surface and transfer the dough. Form the dough into a ball and gently press it to flatten. Then cut the dough into 24 pieces. Once done, shape each piece into balls.
Flatten one ball and fill with grated cheese. Close the dough tightly and shape it again into a ball. Do the same for the remaining pieces.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the dough balls on the baking tray and give space to each one as they will expand. Cover them again for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the plastic and apply the beaten egg to the dough. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes at 356 degrees F.
Once done baking, remove the tray from the oven and apply melted butter with parsley.
