Love eating bread every day? Try these easy and delicious no-knead garlic butter bread rolls by Yeast Mode at home. They are surprisingly soft and moist! Have them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any time of the day to pair with your favorite meals. Read on for the full recipe.

Add 1 cup of lukewarm milk, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of instant yeast to a big bowl. Mix all ingredients well until the sugar dissolves using a spatula.
Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt into the bowl. Mix until a dough forms. Next, add 1/3 cup of softened butter. Mix until well combined. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Combine them well.
Cover the bowl and proof for about 90 to 120 minutes.
Remove from the bowl, then slap and fold a few times. Form into a ball then flatten. form into a hollow circle then cut into two. These will be two long doughs. Cut them into small pieces. Form each piece into a ball.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and grease the sides. Place the balls in the baking pan in rows or columns. Once done, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for 60 to 90 minutes.
Brush the top with egg wash or milk. Place in a preheated oven at 356 degrees F for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on the top. While baking, combine the minced garlic, parsley, sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl. Once done, remove from the oven and brush the top with the garlic butter mixture.
