Don’t have much time to prepare delicious food in the morning? Here’s a super easy and yummy recipe, this is the no-knead breakfast buns with only 4 ingredients. You can now make fresh bread-like treats for your family or friends with just products from your pantry. There is nothing complicated in these steps, and you don’t need a special tool or equipment. What’s better? You don’t have to touch the batter! Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and it’s ready to be cooked in hot oil. In a mixing bowl, crack 4 eggs and whisk. Make sure to not over-mix them. Once done, put 2 cups of yogurt and some salt into the bowl. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Sift the 3 cups and 2 tablespoons of flour into the mixture to break up any lumps. Once done, sift 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Combine them all until you have a thick consistency.
Fill a pot with vegetable oil and place over heat. Once the oil is hot, get a spoon and dip the spoon in the oil. Scoop a spoonful of the batter and place it into the hot oil. Do this for every scoop so the batter won’t stick to the spoon. Make sure to not overcrowd the pot. Fry it for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy. Remove from the pot, then place on a plate with a paper towel to remove some of the oil. Serve while fresh. Enjoy!
