Cake batter. In a big bowl, sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Then add white sugar and salt. Mix well. Next, crack 2 large eggs in a small bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then pour the eggs, vegetable oil, full cream milk, and vanilla essence. Whisk all the ingredients together. You can use an electric mixer to make the process faster. Once done, put the instant coffee in a small bowl, then add the hot water. Stir using a spoon, then pour into the mixture. Whisk the ingredients well. Next, add the distilled vinegar and fold. Pour into a round baking pan lined with parchment paper. Cover it with foil and steam for 50 minutes on medium heat. Once it’s cooked, remove it from heat and let it cool completely.

Chocolate frosting. In a big bowl, add full cream milk, white sugar, all-purpose cream, and cocoa powder. Whisk all the ingredients, then add all-purpose flour. Mix again, then strain the mixture. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes while continuously stirring. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and continue cooking until it becomes thick. Once done, let it cool completely.
Remove the cake from the pan and place it on a plate. Slice in half and pour the chocolate frosting. Spread it evenly. Place the top cake back and pour the remaining frosting and cover the whole cake. Slice, then serve. Enjoy!
