Cheesecake is one of the most delicious desserts I have ever tasted and this strawberry no-bake cheesecake is the most awesome cheesecake treats I have ever seen. Strawberries have always held such pleasant memories for me, I almost cried tears of joy when I saw this recipe for a no-bake strawberry cheesecake by Emo Joie Cuisine on Youtube. The strawberry aspect of this wonderful recipe was by far the best part about it, but just when I thought it couldn’t get any better I realized it was a no-bake recipe. I couldn’t wait to get started on this and started gathering my ingredients as quickly as I possibly could.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of gram crackers (or digestive biscuits)
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 12 strawberries
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 2oo grams of yogurt
  • 90 grams of sugar
  • 200 ml. heavy cream
  • 10 grams of gelatin
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 50 ml. of water
  • 100 grams of raspberries
  • 4 grams of gelatin

Directions:

The directions in this awesome video tutorial by Emo Joie Cuisine are so easy to follow. First, you will make your graham cracker crust and add your delicious strawberries to the outside edges of the pan.

Then, you will make the filling and add the delicious homemade raspberry topping. The cheesecake can be served after it is chilled and has set.

This recipe reminds me of the strawberry festival that we had every year at church. The strawberry festival in late spring was always my favorite time of year and holds such dear memories.
