It’s super easy to put together, tastes incredible, and it’s a no-bake recipe! This will be a good activity to do with your kids, and I’m sure they will enjoy making their own cups. It’s also a good dessert to serve in a large summer gathering, as this recipe can easily create a big batch and only needs seven ingredients to make. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups of freshly chopped strawberries
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Directions:

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs and 3 tbsp melted butter. Mix well and set aside. Next, whip 16 oz cream cheese at room temperature with a handheld mixer until it’s light and fluffy. After this, add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk and continue to whip until well incorporated. Set aside. Next, chop 2 cups worth of fresh strawberries, put them in a bowl, then add 2 tsp granulated sugar and juice of half a lemon. Toss to combine.

Step 2

Now, start assembling your parfaits. Start adding a layer of your cheesecake mixture to the bottom of your glass followed by a layer of the crumbled graham, then the strawberries. Repeat these steps until you fill up your glass. You can serve it immediately or store it in the refrigerator.
