In a big bowl, add the milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast. Mix until well combined.
Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for a little and form into a ball. Cover it with a cling wrap or towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Transfer the dough to your work surface and flatten it with your hands. Add the unsalted butter in the middle and start kneading. Keep kneading until the dough is no longer sticky.
Place it inside the bowl again, cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
Degas the dough and place it on your work surface. Flatten a bit with your hands and divide it into 8 parts.
Get one and fold it into a circle. Do the same with the remaining dough.
Grease a pan with unsalted butter, then sprinkle the sesame seeds. Add the dough balls. Place the pan over low heat and cover it with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes.
Brush the top with unsalted butter and flip using a plate. Cover it again and cook for another 10 minutes. Let it cool on a rack for a while then serve. Enjoy!
