Crush 400g of cookies using a food processor to a fine crumb consistency.

Transfer the cookie crumbs to a mixing bowl and add ½ cup of melted salted butter. Combine both ingredients together until the mixture thickens.

In a tart pan, add the crust mixture whilst pressing down firmly on the bottom and sides to thoroughly coat. Combine 1 can of dulce de leche or caramel in a separate bowl and ¾ cup of dry roasted peanuts. When done, pour the mixture over the crust layer and smooth it out with a spatula to create an even layer.

Place the pan in the fridge to set.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 ¼ cup milk chocolate and ¾ cup cream. Mix and microwave at 30-second intervals to melt the chocolate thoroughly. Take 5 snickers bars and chop them into small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Once the chocolate has melted, pour an even layer on top of the caramel layer to create an even coat. Add the chopped, bite-sized snickers on top of the ganache, spreading evenly to cover the entire top of the tart.
