Step 1
Whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until you start to see a defined trail through the cream, then add the vanilla, and gradually incorporate the ¾ cup powdered sugar while continuously beating until stiff peaks form. Put it in the refrigerator while preparing the rest of the ingredients. In a food processor, add the cookies and 20 pieces of peanut butter cups, then pulse them until it runs into crumbs, then slowly pour the butter, and beat them together until combined and moist. Pour the crumb mixture into a 9″ pie plate, then press the mixture on the bottom and around the sides to form the crust, and put in the freezer until needed.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese and the remaining powdered sugar until well combined, then beat them together for about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Now, add the peanut butter, then beat them together until well combined, and fold in half of the whipped cream until incorporated and uniform. Pour the filling into the prepared crust, then smooth out evenly, and pour the remaining whipped cream on top. Sprinkle the quartered peanut butter cups over the top of the pie, then sprinkle some chopped nuts as well, and drizzle the melted milk chocolate all over them. Refrigerate, then serve, and enjoy!
