This no-bake pineapple pie is a creamy, cold dessert you can make in no time. The only downside is that you have to chill it for at least four hours but hey–good things come for those who wait, right?

This will be a summer staple in your kitchen, but you can definitely have this all year round. It’s also super quick and easy and only needs a few ingredients you may already have on hand. Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • a dash of salt
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, strained well
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 whole carton thawed Cool Whip

Directions:

Step 1

Combine 1/4 cup granulated sugar, a dash of salt, 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs, and 6 tbsp unsalted melted butter in a large bowl. Mix well until crumbly consistency. Once done, transfer it to a 9″ pie pan and press down tothe bottom as well as the sides. Place it in the fridge and chill it for 30 minutes covered. In the meantime, make the filling.

Step 2

In another bowl, combine 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of strained crushed pineapple. Mix well. Next, stir in 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1 whole carton thawed Cool Whip. Fold together until just combined. After 30 minutes, take the crust out of the fridge and transfer the Cool Whip mixture over, spreading it nicely and evenly. Place it back in the fridge and chill for four hours before serving. Enjoy!
