Cheesecake is one of the most delicious desserts I have ever tasted and this peanut butter cheesecake is the most awesome cheesecake treat I have ever seen. I bought tried my first peanut butter when I was a child, and I guarded it in the pantry like a precious commodity, of course, no one then even cared, but the neighborhood kids would come over and ask for a spoonful once a day after I told them about it. Since peanut butter always held such pleasant memories for me, I almost cried tears of joy when I saw this recipe for a peanut butter cheesecake by The Cooking Foodie on Youtube. The peanut butter aspect of this wonderful recipe was by far the best part about it, but just when I thought it couldn’t get any better I realized it was a no-bake recipe. I couldn’t wait to get started on this and started gathering my ingredients as quickly as I possibly could.

Ingredients:

For The Crust:

• 9.5 ounces of graham crackers (or your favorite cookies or digestive biscuits)
• 7 tablespoons melted butter

For The Filling:

• 2 1/3 cups cream cheese
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup heavy cream

For The Chocolate Ganache:

• 2/3 cup heavy cream
• 4.4 ounces of dark chocolate
