What’s more, it’s a no-bake recipe, and you will only need seven ingredients to make this bread. You can serve this on any occasion or just simply snack on it with your family. Watch the video below to learn the full recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 8 tbsp (120ml) warm milk
  • 1 tbsp (12g) white sugar
  • 3/4 tsp (2g) active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp (15g) melted unsalted butter
  • 1 & 1/3 cups (200g) all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
  • peanut butter

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add 8 tbsp warm milk followed by 1 tbsp white sugar and 3/4 tsp active dry yeast. Mix well, then add 1 & 1/3 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/4 tsp salt. Continue mixing until there’s no more dry flour, then add 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter. Knead the batter into a dough. After three minutes of kneading, transfer the dough to a surface, cover it, and let it rest for ten minutes. After ten minutes, continue kneading the dough until the surface is smooth, then roll it into a log. Put some oil on the board and sprinkle some flour, then roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Spread a layer of peanut butter over the dough. After this, roll the dough starting from the short end.

Step 2

After rolling, divide the dough into 12 equal parts, with each piece measuring 1.5cm in width. Using a string to cut the dough will let it stay in shape whereas using a knife will change its shape. Place the rolls in the baking pan, cover them, and let them rest for an hour. After an hour, remove the cover. Now, brush your pan with some oil and fry the rolls over medium-low heat for two minutes, covered. After two minutes, flip the rolls and continue to fry for another two minutes.
