Lightly spray cooking spray over a 9-inch pie pan.

In a food processor, crush the Oreos until they are finely grounded, about 3045 seconds.

Transfer to a medium-sized bowl and stir in the melted butter. Mix until everything is well combined. Press the oreo crust mixture into the bottom and sides of the pie pan. Let the crust cool in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

For the filling, beat the cream cheese on medium-high speed in a separate bowl until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.  Next, add the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract. Beat to combine until smooth consistency for about 1 minute.

Gently fold in the whipped cream and chopped Oreos until well incorporated. Transfer the filling mixture by spooning it into the frozen crust. Make sure to spread it into an even layer.  Loosely cover the pan and refrigerate until set for at least 6 hours and up to 2 days.
