Who doesn’t love mousse cake? This smooth and incredibly tasty dessert is one of my favorites, and this recipe from Spice Bites is the best! This recipe is super simple, doesn’t need an oven, and is pretty inexpensive to make. Serve this scrumptious dessert to your family and friends today. Grind 10 pcs of Oreo biscuits finely, then transfer them to a bowl. Add 3 tbsp unsalted melted butter to it and mix well. Transfer it to a 4″ cake mold and press gently. Next, combine 200g dark chocolate and 1/3 cup whipping cream. Microwave it to melt the chocolate for a minute, then mix it well. Cool it down at room temperature. After this, in another bowl, beat 1 & 1/3 cups of whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Mix some whipped cream with the chocolate mixture, then pour it into the rest of the beaten whipped cream and fold nicely. Spread the whipped cream to the cake mold evenly.

Put it in the freezer for two to four hours or until set. Next, combine 1/3 cup of hot whipping cream and 100g of dark chocolate. Mix it well. After the mousse sets, take it out of the mold and pour over the chocolate mixture. You can sprinkle some shredded chocolate on top, totally optional.
